On 2009 February 1st, Sushi Oyama opened its doors by Takeo Oyama and Naoya Hirano in willingness to introduce to Shanghai the first sushi OmakaseRestaurant which only serve Chef’s choice of sushi, sashimi and some other seasonal dishes. Their idea behind this is to bring the best of Japanese food culture into Chinese society so they can experience the same thing as what it is in Japan!
Sushi Oyama is a Japanese sushi restaurant that offers a multi-course custom menu. The menu changes daily according to the availability in the market. To ensure for best quality, we only used imported ingredients, fishes and seafood from Japan.
In addition to the food, we also have a broad selectionsof good quality Sake, Shochu, Plum wine, premium Japanese beer and International champagnes and wines from around the world.
